Positioned adjacent to the Marina and south of the Sanctuary Cove Resort and Village, this project has enriched the community’s offering of luxury waterfront residences through a sophisticated new precinct that embraces coastal subtropical living.

The project comprises 45 residences, many of which have been individually customised through purchaser variations, distributed across three distinct structures; two marina-facing apartment buildings and a collection of nine garden townhouse villas, all positioned above a shared basement podium. These built forms connected via a seamless travertine boardwalk that winds and floats through the lush landscaping, creating a seamless connection between architecture and environment. Defined by natural materials, generous proportions, and a refined coastal palette, the development exemplifies Sanctuary Cove’s commitment to privacy, luxury, and connection to nature.

Following an extensive design development phase with Mulpha, construction commenced in 2021, with completion anticipated in October 2024. Over the past fourteen months, I have been directly involved in Bureau Proberts’ construction-phase services, collaborating closely with Tomkins under a Design and Construct contract. My role has focused on maintaining design integrity, technical coordination, and quality assurance throughout the build.
